In this impactful role, you will be responsible for:
- Increasing Participation Rates: Develop and implement strategies to maximize the engagement and participation of girls in PE lessons and extracurricular activities.
- Raising Achievement Levels: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning that challenges and supports girls of all abilities to achieve their full potential in a range of sports.
- Developing Sporting Talent: Identify and nurture talented athletes, providing opportunities for them to excel and represent the school in competitive events.
- Collaborating within a Strong PE Department: Work closely with experienced colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the girls' PE provision.
