Our well-respected school in Hammersmith & Fulham is seeking a Passionate Religious Studies Teacher to start as soon as possible. The Humanities department is well-resourced, ideal for engaging Religious Studies teaching. We need a strong Religious Studies Teacher to join our team of Religious Studies Teachers. Location: Hammersmith & Fulham Role: Religious Studies Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent) Salary: MPS/UPS Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Religious Studies curriculum across KS3 and KS4, focusing on core Religious Studies concepts and ethical discussions.
• Help students build confidence in their critical thinking skills while understanding complex Religious Studies topics.
• Play a key role in organising Religious Studies-based events and supporting interfaith dialogue initiatives within the school.
• Inspire students to develop a deep appreciation for diverse beliefs and ethical frameworks through engaging Religious Studies lessons.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Religious Studies.
• A passion for and strong knowledge of Religious Studies.
• Creativity, structure, and enthusiasm in teaching Religious Studies.
• A strong understanding of how to engage learners of all abilities in Religious Studies.
• Prior experience teaching Religious Studies at secondary level is essential.
