The Role

The RE Teacher will:

• Deliver high-quality, intellectually challenging lessons across Key Stages 3-5, cultivating a profound love for ethical and religious inquiry.
• Employ creative and analytical teaching methods, including Socratic dialogue, nuanced ethical case studies, and interactive explorations of sacred texts and traditions.
• Empower students to think critically about complex moral questions, evaluate diverse perspectives, and articulate their own reasoned positions with clarity and respect.
• Actively contribute to the wider school community through thriving philosophy clubs, interfaith dialogue initiatives, and meaningful community service projects.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a qualified RE Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) who:
