Our high-achieving 11-18 thriving department school in Kensington is seeking a Passionate Science Teacher to join their well-resourced Science department. The successful Science Teacher will teach KS3-KS4 Science, with potential opportunities to specialise at KS5. This Science Teacher role is ideal for someone passionate about Science education and joining a thriving Science team. TLR opportunities are possible for the right Science Teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
  • Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of scientific concepts.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Science curriculum.
  • Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Science.
  • Potentially contribute to the teaching of Science at A-Level, depending on experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Degree in Science or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students in Science.
