The Role Details – Science Teacher

• Teach Science across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to specialise at KS5.
• Deliver engaging and practical lessons that develop curiosity and a passion for scientific discovery, tailored to meet individual learning needs.
• Use assessment data to track student progress and implement strategies to ensure high achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum planning and teaching strategies.
• Contribute to the wider school community, including STEM clubs, competitions, and educational visits.
• Maintain high expectations for both learning and behaviour, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Who We Are Looking For – Science Teacher

• QTS and experience teaching Science at secondary level (ECTs are welcome to apply).
• A subject specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics is desirable, particularly at A-Level.
• A passionate and innovative teacher committed to delivering engaging and inspiring lessons.
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to ensuring excellent student outcomes.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing department.
• A dedication to continuous professional development and staying up to date with advances in Science education.
