Are you a passionate and resilient Science Teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of young people with SEMH and complex communication needs?

We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Science to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking specialist setting where creativity, adaptability, and relationships are at the heart of the teaching and learning experience.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Strong subject knowledge in Science

  • Experience working with students who present with challenging behaviour

  • A proven ability to motivate and inspire disengaged learners

  • A flexible, adaptable approach and a willingness to innovate

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Confident IT skills to support planning, delivery, and assessment

  • A genuine desire to work with students who may have had significant barriers to learning

Full training and CPD will be encouraged and provided by the school.
