This role includes a TLR2C and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued success of an aspirational and high-performing faculty.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Science and Head of Science, supporting departmental leadership, curriculum development, and high standards of teaching and learning across the key stages. This is an ideal role for an experienced Science teacher looking to step into or further develop their leadership practice within a collaborative, forward-thinking school.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS and a degree in a science-related discipline
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge
- Have experience of teaching Science at KS3 to KS5
- Show the ability to support, coach, and inspire colleagues
- Be passionate about raising achievement and driving continuous improvement
- Work well within a team-oriented and aspirational department
