- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning and development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and personal growth.
- Uphold high standards of discipline and respect within the classroom.
Candidate Profile:
- Essential: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
- Preferred: Experience teaching within a secondary school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and a deep understanding of the national curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching in a dynamic environment.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
