What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering creative and thought-provoking History lessons to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 available for the right candidate)

• Encouraging historical curiosity through rich content, primary sources, and debate

• Supporting students with their academic and personal growth through consistent feedback and differentiated support

• Contributing to department planning, assessment, and enrichment activities

• Inspiring learners to connect past events to modern issues and understand their role as global citizens

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds (or is on track to achieve) QTS with a History-related degree

• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for making History meaningful and accessible

• Is committed to inclusive practice and adapting to meet diverse student needs

• Shows initiative, drive, and a collaborative spirit as part of a dynamic Humanities team

• Is eager to engage in professional development and take on future responsibility
