The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS and a relevant degree in Psychology or related field
- Be passionate about Psychology and committed to student progress at KS4 and KS5
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom management
- Be reflective, proactive, and able to contribute to wider school life
- Be keen to promote student curiosity and engagement with the subject
