EYFS Lead Teacher - September 2025: Key Responsibilities-
Teach a Reception class within a two-form entry primary school.

Lead the EYFS phase, overseeing the quality of provision and pupil outcomes across Nursery and Reception.

Create a warm, inclusive and engaging learning environment tailored to the needs of all pupils.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and year group colleagues to plan and deliver an inspiring EYFS curriculum.

Support pupils' development in core subjects, as well as their personal, social and emotional wellbeing.

Provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs and implement effective small group interventions.

Manage behaviour positively in line with the school's policies and values.
