You will be part of a key team around the young person to maintain consistent support, communication and updated support plans.The aims and values of this school are focused on maximising every individuals potential to develop into a confident, resilient and adaptable young person who can think critically and creatively, making a positive contribution to society and live as independent a life as possible.About the role:
  • We are looking for someone with experience working as a HLTA or TA within an ASC setting, a passion for supporting young people and who wants to make a different to the education of our children.
  • You will support the class teacher to promote positive behaviour
  • You will understand learning objectives, content and intended outcomes for the learning activities in which students are involved and you will support monitoring their progress.
  • You will be part of a key team around the young person in order to maintain consistent support, communication and updated support plans
