  • Supported pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with autism, ADHD, and complex communication needs.

  • Led small group interventions in literacy and numeracy, as well as 1:1 support for targeted learners.

  • Assisted in the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioural support strategies.

  • Worked collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals to adapt curriculum materials and create inclusive learning environments.

  • Provided pastoral support, promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being.

  • Monitored pupil progress and maintained accurate records to support assessment and reporting.

  • Supervised pupils during breaks, outings, and extra-curricular activities.
