Are you a skilled and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant ready to make a difference in KS2? A friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Westminster is seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within Key Stage 2, delivering both class cover, then when not leading lessons, providing support in KS2 classes and targeted interventions to support pupil progress.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a level 4 HLTA or equivalent qualification with prior experience in primary education - experienced Level 3 TAs also encouraged to apply!
  • Be confident in delivering lessons and interventions in KS2.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Have a proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children.
