Your New RoleA vibrant and inclusive primary school in Inner London is seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team this September.   • Holds a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Has experience leading whole-class sessions and delivering targeted interventions.

  • Has experience working in an inner-city school environment.
  • Is committed to inclusive practice and has a passion for supporting pupils with SEND.
  • Has experience or interest in trauma-informed practice (training can be provided).
  • Has led or supported staff training and development.
  • Brings a proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach to their work.
