Your New RoleA vibrant and inclusive primary school in Inner London is seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives by supporting high-quality learning and leading interventions across the school.We are looking for a confident and capable HLTA who:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
- Has experience leading whole-class sessions and delivering targeted interventions.
- Demonstrates strong behaviour management and the ability to work independently across age groups.
- Has experience working in an inner-city school environment.
- Is committed to inclusive practice and has a passion for supporting pupils with SEND.
- Has experience or interest in trauma-informed practice (training can be provided).
- Has led or supported staff training and development.
- Brings a proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach to their work.
