Aspire People is looking to recruit a committed and proactive Teaching Assistant to support learning in a well-regarded secondary school in South West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and eager to contribute to the academic and personal development of students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in delivering lessons across a range of secondary subjects.
* Work closely with individual students or small groups to boost progress and understanding.
* Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a focused learning environment.
* Help prepare teaching resources and classroom materials.
* Provide support to students with additional learning needs, including SEND.
* Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and pastoral support.

Requirements:
* Previous experience supporting students in a secondary school is desirable.
* A strong interest in education and supporting young people.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills; a degree or relevant qualifications are a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
* A calm, flexible, and confident approach to classroom support.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
