Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: London (Field-Based Across Greater London)
Salary: 38,000 - 45,000 (Dependent on Experience)

We are currently working with a well-established fire and security solutions provider who is looking to add an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to play a key role in delivering first-class service and maintenance support across a variety of client sites in London.

About the Role:

As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of a wide range of systems, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control. The role covers both commercial and residential properties across Greater London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
• Diagnose and rectify faults quickly and effectively
• Carry out routine maintenance and inspections
• Ensure all work complies with relevant standards, including BS 5839
• Maintain professional communication with clients on-site
• Complete accurate job reports and service documentation
• Adhere to company procedures and health & safety guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fire and Security Service Engineer
• Strong knowledge of systems such as Texecom, Hikvision, Paxton, Honeywell, or similar
• Experience working with both fire and security systems is essential
• Relevant qualifications (FIA, ECS/CSCS card preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
