We are seeking an experiencedBar SupervisorandPersonal Licence Holderto join a well-established, high-profile London pub known for quality service, strong footfall, and a professional operating standard.

This is a key supervisory position for a confident operator who can lead from the front, uphold exceptional service standards, and take full responsibility for bar operations during service. The successful candidate will be trusted to run shifts, manage the team, and ensure full licensing and compliance in the absence of senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day bar operations in a premium environment

Leading, coaching, and motivating the bar team

Maintaining licensing, compliance, and operational standards

Delivering polished, consistent guest service at all times

Managing cash, stock control, and shift handovers

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a senior bar role

Personal Licence Holder (essential)

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Experience in high-volume, quality-led venues

Professional, calm, and confident under pressure

Available for animmediate start
