Little Door & Co is looking for an experienced and passionateBar Supervisorto join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, late-night environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As Bar Supervisor, you will support the management team in the day-to-day running of the bar, leading from the front and setting the standard for service, quality, and atmosphere.
Supervising bar operations during service
Leading, motivating, and training bar staff
Ensuring high standards of drink quality and speed of service
Managing stock, wastage, and bar organisation
Supporting with rotas and staff welfare
Upholding licensing laws, health & safety, and company procedures
Creating a welcoming, energetic environment for both guests and team members
Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head/Senior bartender
Confident leadership and communication skills
Strong product knowledge (cocktails, spirits, beer, wine)
Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
