An opportunity has arisen for a Fire Safety Surveyor, offering a salary of 55,000 - 65,000 per annum, to join a dynamic team dedicated to fire safety excellence. This role involves conducting Type 1, 2, and 3 fire risk assessments on both internal and external building elements, with a focus on faades and fire doors. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in external building inspections and a deep understanding of fire safety regulations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Type 1, 2, and 3 Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) for a variety of buildings
  • Provide expert assessment of external faades and internal fire safety elements, including fire doors
  • Deliver detailed fire safety reports and recommendations
  • Advise clients on fire safety compliance and improvements
  • Ensure projects meet the highest safety standards, aligned with fire safety legislation


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience conducting Type 1, 2, and 3 fire risk assessments
  • Strong expertise in external building inspections and faade safety
  • In-depth knowledge of fire doors and compartmentation
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and provide clear, actionable guidance
