Our UK leading banking client are looking for a Physical Security Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.

Main Activities

  1. Monitor physical security risks and identify emerging risks that may impact CIB in the UK
  • Management of a security risk monitoring system in the UK area, particularly in London.
  • Development of a network with government agencies.
  • Dissemination of security alerts as soon as an event is likely to affect individuals or property of CIB.
  • Contribution to the oversight of physical security incident reports in the Group's tools and to make incident reports for the UK.
  1. Contribute to the coordination and operational deployment of physical security activity
  • Security analysis of sites: buildings, CIB data centers.
  • Ensure periodic review of access rights for CIB buildings: public, protected, and reserved areas.
  • Coordinate the execution of "Safe Desk" patrols in London offices.
  • Verify the implementation of robustness tests for devices (e.g. intrusion test, fire evacuation drill, containment procedure) aimed at ensuring site security measures.
  • Conduct security audits to verify the relevance of security measures regarding risks and business stakes.
  • Participate, if necessary, in incident response and crisis management.
  1. Contribute to the safety of people in mobility
  • Risk analysis for travel, definition and implementation of traveler safety measures.
  • Information/training of travelers and expatriates.
  • Consolidation of expatriate data to ensure their safety.
  • Contribution to incident resolution and assistance to travelers (in collaboration with the global team and/or the Group's provider).
  1. Ensure proper management of risks on the scope under your responsibility
  • Contribute to the deployment of the physical security communication strategy.
  • Periodically conduct compliance assessments of site security requirements.
  • Develop training and information materials on physical security.
  1. Promote the Operational Resilience Department (ORD) and its values to its customers, partners, peers and employees
  • Support the organization of the ORD and collaborate with other ORD departments by contributing to, or taking charge of, if necessary, topics outside of one's direct area of responsibility to ensure the achievement of the ORD's collective objectives.
