Concierges - starting ASAP
Abbatt Property Recruitment are currently recruiting Temporary Concierge ongoing basis for a small, luxury residential development located in Lancaster Gate/Marble Arch.
Our client is looking for a reliable and experienced concierge to work from midnight to 8 am in the morning with some weekend shifts from 8 pm to 8 am.
As a Temporary Concierge you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests and external contractors at the developments; you will be the first and main point of contact for all queries. Your key day-to-day duties will involve operation of the Concierge Desk, reporting to head office management and monitoring on-site security.
This position are primarily customer focused and require that you meet and greet all residents and visitors. As a concierge you will create a positive first impression and provide superior levels of customer service that meets residents needs and expectations as well as representing Abbatt Property Recruitment.
Concierge key duties:
- Ensuring the provision of excellent concierge services
- Rubbish collection over the night from 15 flats
- Receiving and keeping safe registered mail and deliveries for residents
- Building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues
- Conducting regular site inspections and operations
- Accurate handling of keys and monitoring access
- Acting as the main point of contact for all queries from residents and guests
- Helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guest and staff
The ideal candidate will have significant experience gained within a similar concierge role and a background in delivering excellent customer service. You will also have:

Working Hours: Varied shifts, Nights, (8-12hrs)
Salary: £12.25 + holiday pay
Location: Across London
*Must be flexible, as you will be required to work different nights
