Are you a detail-oriented billing professional with experience in legal finance? We're currently seeking a Client Billing Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced international law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality billing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process client bills, drafts, and credit notes using Elite 3E and Paperless Proforma systems.
- Support monthly and transactional billing for the London and Dublin offices.
- Provide helpdesk support to fee-earners and secretaries for billing queries.
- Ensure compliance with billing procedures, including Alternative Fee Arrangements and AML requirements.
- Reconcile disbursements and charges, monitor unbilled matters, and support with report generation.
- Liaise with internal teams including Accounts, AML, and Partners to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Continuously improve billing processes and workflows.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working in a billing or finance function, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
- Solid knowledge of Elite 3E billing system and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Understanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous legal billing experience is highly desirable.
