Service Advisor – Main Car Dealership
Hampstead (Finchley Road area)
£35,000+ DOE, genuine £12,000-£15,000 bonus
Full-time | Permanent | Monday–Friday (8am–6pm) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30am–1pm)
The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful main car dealership in Hampstead.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Book vehicles into the workshop and manage job progress through to completion
- Communicate effectively between customers, workshop, and service management
- Advise customers on technical queries and repair work
- Upsell service plans, repairs, and parts to maximise revenue
- Maintain accurate records using the dealership management system
- Prepare invoices and ensure customer satisfaction on vehicle handover
About You
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership (minimum 1 year)
- Well-presented with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building ability
- Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
