The Role:
As a Service Advisor, youll be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, repair or maintenance. Youll be responsible for:
Booking in vehicles and managing workshop schedules
Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
Liaising with the workshop team to ensure smooth operations
Promoting additional services and upselling where appropriate
Providing outstanding customer service every step of the way
What we're looking for:
? Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer or independent garage
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? A customer-first mindset and ability to work under pressure
? Kerridge/Keyloop experience preferred (not essential)
? A full UK driving licence
