Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading building services and maintenance provider for a skilled and experienced HIU Engineer. This role focuses on the maintenance, servicing, and repair of Heat Interface Units (HIUs), primarily within district heating networks and multi-residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out servicing and repairs on Heat Interface Units (HIUs)

Respond to reactive maintenance calls and fault finding

Perform routine PPMs

Work within domestic and commercial settings, mainly on district heating systems

Ensure work is completed in line with manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations

Provide excellent customer service, particularly in occupied residential settings
Requirements:

Proven experience working with HIUs and communal/district heating systems

Plumbing orheating qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent)

Good understanding of heating controls and building services

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
