As a Branch Manager, your duties will include:
- Conduct property valuations and guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage the listing and marketing of properties, ensuring effective promotional strategies are in place.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of customer service and team performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
To be considered for the Branch Manager role, you must have:
- Proven experience in estate agency, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and current industry trends.
