We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to relaunch and drive success at our well-established estate agency in Streatham. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned Branch Manager ready to elevate their career and influence the growth and market share of our agency.  The office is in its infancy and will require a strong manager to come onboard to create an amazing team and drive growth.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Drive growth and increase market share consistently.
  • Deliver exceptional service'.
  • Oversee and participate in all aspects of the sales process.
  • Promote the office within the local community and enhance its presence.
  • Support and promote the maximisation of referrals across businesses.
  • Measure results and report on KPIs and budget performance to drive sales and maximise market share.
  • Build, manage, and lead an effective branch team.
  • Influence outcomes through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of the plan.
  • Analyse and solve issues with the team and senior managers to drive deal value, market share, and results.
  • Create a positive and proactive working environment within the branch.
  • Uphold the company’s core beliefs and maintain integrity at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Strong background in estate agency with experience as a Branch Manager.
  • Proven ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch.
  • Skilled in monitoring and assessing performance of local competitors.
  • Expertise in growing market share, converting instructions to sales, driving the sales process, and maintaining average fees.
  • Winning and retaining business.

  • Up to £32,500 basic salary, dependent on experience.
