We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Manager to lead and oversee all electrical aspects of a large-scale residential construction project. This role involves supervising teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring all electrical systems are installed to specification, code, budget, and schedule.
Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all electrical works on-site from start to finish

Supervise electrical teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards

Oversee installation of power, lighting, security, data, and other systems

Review and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and technical drawings

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and inspectors

Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders

Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations

Manage budgets, materials, and timelines efficiently
Electrical Manager Qualifications:

Black CSCS
-
SMSTS
-
Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with 2+ in a managerial role

Deep understanding of electrical systems and code compliance

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in project management tools and construction documentation
