Known and loved by multiple industry leaders, as well as vegan and kind to the environment. They have recently entered another category and their growth trajectory looks set to continue.

What will you do?
- Oversee the end-to-end operational processes for the business reporting directly to the founder
- Order fulfilment and processing for both D2C and retailers
- Enhance and monitor supply chain and logistics processes
- Manage and develop 3PL partner relationships
- Take charge of NPD, manufacturer relations and sourcing components such as packaging
- Stock control/ forecasting and managing 3 international warehouses
- Work alongside the sales and customer service teams to ensure SLA compliance
- Implement and develop key strategies to improve and streamline operational processes
What will you need?
- Previous experience within a senior operations or standalone operations role
- Beauty/FMCG experience is essential
- Experience working within an SME or founder led business desirable
- Enthusiastic and keen to grow with a brand
