A newly-opening Japanese bakery based in London is seeking a Shop Manager who will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a bakery shop in London.
The responsibilities will include customer service, team management, cashing up and reporting, inventory and ordering from suppliers, optimising profits, and ensuring that guests are satisfied with the service.
The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong interest in gourmet bread and coffee with proven shop/restaurant management experience and those who enjoy interacting with customers.

Shop Manager Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in management role in a restaurant or a shop is essential
- Business level of English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience making coffee as a barista and serving food is ideal
- Business awareness
- Must be flexible to work early morning shifts
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Organisational skills
- Teamwork skills and team leading skills
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to multi-task with "hands on" approach to work
