Location: Westfields, London

Working hours Include: 40 Hours Per Week across 5 days. Covering Monday to Saturday 9:30am-10:30pm and Sunday 11:30am - 6:30pm

Role Overview:

As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading a small team of retail assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. Your leadership will be pivotal in creating an inviting shopping experience that resonates with our clientele.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of retail assistants, ensuring outstanding customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales Optimisation: Develop strategies to enhance sales growth through excellent customer service, brand experience, and effective selling techniques.
  • Clientele Development: Monitor customer footfall and build a loyal clientele base to drive store traffic.
  • Performance Management: Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and KPI tracking, including managing absence and sickness cover.
  • Stock Management: Report and manage stock levels to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
  • Merchandising Excellence: Implement effective store merchandising strategies to enhance the visual appeal and product accessibility.
  • Sales Metrics: Drive key sales metrics, including the average Sales Units per transaction and Sales Conversion rates.
