As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant operations. From staff management and inventory control to customer service and sales performance, you will ensure the store runs efficiently and meets all business goals.

About the job:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and maintain food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Handle inventory management, ordering, and vendor relations.
  • Analyse store performance and implement improvements as needed.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a QSR or similar hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic budgeting.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
