Admin Team Leader - Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance

Salary: 32,000 -34,000 per annum

We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit a proactive and experienced Admin Team Leader to join their team, to be based in their office in Stratford, London. This is a full time, permanent role, ideal for somebody who is looking to develop their career with a market leading contractor.

As the Admin Team Leader, you will oversee the full customer service function for the Repairs & Maintenance Contractor, including planning / scheduling, customer care, and complaint handling.

You will manage a team of Planners and Call Handlers, to ensure customers are in receipt of a satisfactory level of customer service exceeding customers' expectations.

Key Criteria:

  • Previous experience in social housing repairs and maintenance
  • Experience managing a planning function for a mobile workforce, ideally within the Social Housing / Facilities Management sector although all sector backgrounds will be considered
  • Experience driving customer service best practice and complaint resolution
  • Strong people management skills
  • Advanced IT Skills including planning software
  • Ability to lead, influence and direct a team
  • Ability to build and nurture strong working relationships with colleagues based at other sites/offices
