2iC Languages Department (MFL) - What we seek:
- A committed and passionate 2iC Languages Department (MFL)
- Qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree
- Minimum three years’ teaching experience, ideally in multi-ethnic urban schools and including KS5
- Proven subject leadership experience with a track record of raising achievement
- Strong knowledge of National Curriculum for KS3, KS4, and KS5
- Experience delivering INSET and coaching for staff development
- Skilled in curriculum innovation, data-driven monitoring, and embedding literacy strategies across subjects
- Excellent ICT skills and ability to use technology to enhance learning

- Assist with the development of an outstanding MFL provision across KS3, KS4, and Sixth Form
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student progress
- Manage resources and staff effectively to deliver a differentiated curriculum
- Implement school policies consistently and support whole-school improvement
