2iC Languages Department (MFL) - What we seek:

  • A committed and passionate 2iC Languages Department (MFL)
  • Qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree
  • Minimum three years’ teaching experience, ideally in multi-ethnic urban schools and including KS5
  • Proven subject leadership experience with a track record of raising achievement
  • Strong knowledge of National Curriculum for KS3, KS4, and KS5
  • Experience delivering INSET and coaching for staff development
  • Skilled in curriculum innovation, data-driven monitoring, and embedding literacy strategies across subjects
  • Excellent ICT skills and ability to use technology to enhance learning
