ADHD Support Assistant (SEN School - KS3/KS4)
Location: Lewisham, South East London
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Full-time | Temp to Perm
Pay: 100 - 115 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:
A welcoming and well-resourced SEN school in Lewisham is looking for a dedicated and proactive ADHD Support Assistant to join their team. The school caters to students with a range of additional needs, and this role focuses on supporting learners with ADHD and associated behavioural or emotional challenges, particularly across Key Stages 3 and 4.
This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and keen to make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities:
Providing individual and group support to students with ADHD
Encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils stay engaged in learning
Supporting emotional regulation and classroom routines
Collaborating with teachers and SEN staff to deliver tailored interventions
Helping to create a stable and structured learning environment
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people with ADHD, SEMH needs, or behavioural challenges
Strong communication, resilience, and behaviour management skills
Ability to build rapport with students who may have complex needs
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
