Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with students to manage and improve behaviour, both inside and outside the classroom.

  • Support teaching staff in creating a calm, positive learning environment.

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students, acting as a positive role model.

  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans tailored to individual needs.

  • Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and external agencies as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with young people in a school, youth work, or similar setting.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach.

  • A commitment to promoting positive behaviour and inclusion.

  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
