We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Communication Support Worker to join our team in South West London. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing essential communication support, ensuring effective interaction and understanding in various settings.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide communication support to individuals during specified hours:
    • Monday: 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
    • Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM
    • Thursday: 8:45 AM - 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies tailored to individual needs.
  • Work closely with other team members to assess communication needs and provide effective support.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to professional standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Level 3 Qualification in British Sign Language.
  • Proven experience as a Communication Support Worker.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of individuals.
  • Knowledge of communication aids and techniques is highly advantageous.
