At Righttime Care, we specialise in supporting individuals with complex needs, mental health challenges, learning disabilities, and autism, often during crisis situations, placement breakdowns, or while awaiting long-term solutions.We’re looking for experienced and compassionate Support Workers who can step into complex care environments with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.?? What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting service users with a range of complex needs (e.g. MH, LD, Autism, forensic backgrounds)
Helping with daily routines, emotional support, and personal care
Managing challenging behaviours with a calm, respectful approach
Working as part of a rapidly deployed, skilled team
Keeping accurate records and updating care logs

? What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 6–12 months’ care experience (ideally in complex needs)
Up-to-date training (PMVA/Restraint, medication, safeguarding, etc.)
Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one, which we can support with)
Great communication and reliability
Ability to work under pressure in dynamic settings
Drivers preferred (depending on package location)
