At Righttime Care, we specialise in supporting individuals with complex needs, mental health challenges, learning disabilities, and autism, often during crisis situations, placement breakdowns, or while awaiting long-term solutions.We’re looking for experienced and compassionate Support Workers who can step into complex care environments with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.?? What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting service users with a range of complex needs (e.g. MH, LD, Autism, forensic backgrounds)
  • Helping with daily routines, emotional support, and personal care
  • Managing challenging behaviours with a calm, respectful approach
  • Working as part of a rapidly deployed, skilled team
  • Keeping accurate records and updating care logs
? What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 6–12 months’ care experience (ideally in complex needs)
  • Up-to-date training (PMVA/Restraint, medication, safeguarding, etc.)
  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one, which we can support with)
  • Great communication and reliability
  • Ability to work under pressure in dynamic settings
  • Drivers preferred (depending on package location)
