- Supporting service users with a range of complex needs (e.g. MH, LD, Autism, forensic backgrounds)
- Helping with daily routines, emotional support, and personal care
- Managing challenging behaviours with a calm, respectful approach
- Working as part of a rapidly deployed, skilled team
- Keeping accurate records and updating care logs
- Minimum 6–12 months’ care experience (ideally in complex needs)
- Up-to-date training (PMVA/Restraint, medication, safeguarding, etc.)
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one, which we can support with)
- Great communication and reliability
- Ability to work under pressure in dynamic settings
- Drivers preferred (depending on package location)
