Early Help Family Support Quality Improvement Partner
Skills and experience required:
- Qualified Social Worker / Social Work England Registered
- Significant experience working in Early Help
- At least 3 years management experience
- Substantial experience of case management and staff supervision in social care working with vulnerable groups.
Headlines of job role
- To work collaboratively with Children and Family Hubs and multi-disciplinary professionals to improve quality and deliver a coordinated approach to the planning and delivery of early help family interventions.
- To support Children and Family Hub teams to implement Hackney's Early Help Family Support Framework and monitor outcomes for children and families.
- To provide Children and Family Hub targeted family support teams with case management supervision including identifying safeguarding concerns.
- To Chair fortnightly Multi- Agency Team (MAT) meetings and identify and manage risk
Requirements as a Social Worker include:
- SWE Registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Drive and have access to a car
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
