Spencer Clarke Group are seekinga Family Support Worker for a local authority based in North London.

In this role, you'll work closely with families to assess needs, coordinate support, and deliver targeted early help interventions.

Key Duties:

  • Assess and support families by creating and delivering tailored, outcome-focused plans.
  • Work collaboratively with professionals across health, education, social care, and other agencies.
  • Provide direct support to children, young people, and families through individual and group interventions.
  • Maintain high standards in case recording, reporting, and professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • Direct experience working with children, young people, and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, early help frameworks, and multi-agency working.
  • Skilled in assessment and planning, with the ability to create and deliver effective support interventions.
  • Confident in case management, report writing, and using IT systems to maintain accurate records.

What's on offer:

Salary: £19+ph

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 3-6, months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
