- Assess clients' financial, support, and rehabilitation needs following serious injury.
- Develop and oversee personalised rehabilitation programmes alongside healthcare professionals and legal teams.
- Advocate for timely and appropriate statutory support and private sector interventions.
- Build strong relationships with charities and voluntary organisations to connect clients with additional resources.
- Provide emotional and educational support to clients and their families, ensuring they understand the legal and rehabilitation process.
- Visit clients in medical or home settings if required.
- Professional qualification in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work.
- NMC or HCPC registration (active).
- Strong understanding of rehabilitation pathways, personal injury sector, and major trauma processes.
- Experience supporting clients with brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopaedic injury, birth injury, industrial disease, or bereavement.
- Exceptional communication, empathy, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- A full driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation services within litigation is desirable.
