Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs, including those with SEND (e.g. Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties).

Work closely with class teachers as a learning support assistant to adapt learning materials and create a nurturing learning environment.

Help manage behaviour positively and promote social, emotional, and academic progress.

Support with personal care needs when required (Early Years or KS1).

Assist in monitoring pupil progress and contributing to individual learning plans.
