- Caring and Supportive: You are patient and empathetic, offering encouragement and guidance to students with SEN.

- Adaptable and Resourceful: You can manage a range of learning and behavioural needs, providing tailored support to help students succeed.
- Relevant Experience: Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN, in an educational setting is highly desirable.
