Schools across Edmonton, Southgate, Enfield Town and Winchmore Hill frequently request Learning Support Assistants to provide SEN support, general classroom help and stability for pupils when staff are absent. Taking on daily supply as a Learning Support Assistant allows you to experience different school environments while gaining valuable skills across multiple settings.

• Rate: 82.14-100 per day

• Start: Immediate

• Contract: Daily supply / flexible days

• Location: Enfield

• Supporting pupils with SEN needs such as ASD, ADHD and SEMH

• Assisting teachers with learning tasks and behaviour strategies

• Helping pupils engage, communicate and remain focused

• Providing 1:1 or small-group support across year groups

• Fitting into new classrooms with confidence and adaptability

• Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or supporting SEN

• Confident working with a range of primary-aged pupils

• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, caring approach

• Reliability and flexibility for short-notice bookings

• Ability to travel to schools across Enfield
