Schools in Edmonton, Palmers Green, Southgate, Enfield Town and Winchmore Hill frequently require Learning Support Assistants to provide 1:1 SEN support, assist with classroom learning and help maintain positive routines. As a daily supply Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting pupils who depend on consistent, nurturing assistance.

• Daily Rate: 82.14-100

• Start: Immediate

• Contract: Daily supply / flexible working

• Location: Enfield

• Schedule: Choose your available days each week

• Supporting pupils with SEN including autism, ADHD, SEMH and language needs

• Helping deliver learning activities and supporting classroom routines

• Encouraging engagement, confidence and positive behaviour

• Adapting quickly to different year groups and school environments

• Providing essential support to ensure pupils feel safe, included and settled

• Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or SEN support worker

• Strong communication and ability to build rapport quickly

• Calm, patient and supportive approach to behaviour

• Flexibility for short-notice cover requests

• Reliability when working across multiple Enfield schools
