Long-Term Contract for the Academic Year

Reeson Education are working with a friendly mainstream primary school in Roehampton (SW15) who are seeking a full-time Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026. This is a long-term role running for the remainder of the academic year, with the potential to extend or become permanent from July 2026.

About the Role:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday

  • Supporting a Year 3 class

  • Combination of general classroom support and 1:1 or small-group SEN support

  • Assisting with learning activities, behaviour support and ensuring pupils remain engaged

  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to meet individual needs

  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive and well-organised classroom environment

  • Experience supporting primary-aged pupils

  • Confidence supporting children with SEN

  • Reliable, proactive and able to work well as part of a team

  • Strong communication skills

  • Available full time from January 2026
