In this rewarding role, the Learning Support Assistant - Wandsworth will provide crucial support to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as deliver personal care assistance to a pupil with physical care requirements. You will work closely with teaching staff to help ensure that every child has access to a safe, supportive and enriching learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs.
  • Assist a pupil with daily personal care, ensuring dignity and sensitivity at all times.
