Learning Support Assistant - Southfields
Full Time | January Start | Long Term

I am supporting a mainstream primary school in Southfields who are looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join them from January 2026. This is a long-term position working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil in Key Stage 1 who requires additional SEN support.

Role Overview:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday

• Working 1:1 with a KS1 pupil with special educational needs

• Supporting learning, behaviour and engagement in the classroom

• Long-term role for the academic year

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children with SEN

• Confidence working 1:1 in a primary setting

• Reliability and commitment to the full academic year
