P4 Recruitment are currently looking for a dedicated and empathetic Mental Health Support Worker to join a female only supported living service in Ealing, working with women aged 18-65 years who are on their journey to mental health recovery

?? Ealing, London

?? Full Time | 37.5 hours per week?? £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)? Shifts: 8:00am-4:00pm & 2:00pm-10:00pm?? Rota: 1 in 4/5 weekends (subject to staffing needs)

�? About the Role:

You’ll be part of a therapeutic, trauma-informed team that supports residents with a range of mental health needs in a structured, supportive environment. This role is shift-based and includes both early and late shifts on a rolling rota.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emotional and practical support to service users

  • Supporting daily living activities including cooking, medication prompts, and community integration

  • Collaborating with therapists, support coordinators, and clinical professionals

  • Promoting independence, self-confidence, and recovery goals

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records

?? About You:
  • Previous experience in mental health, supported living, or similar care environments

  • Passion for women’s mental health and empowerment

  • Calm, compassionate, and resilient under pressure

  • Ability to work shifts including some weekends (1 in 4/5)

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it (preferred)

Due to the nature of the service, this position is open to female applicants only under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.
