?? Full Time | 37.5 hours per week?? £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)? Shifts: 8:00am-4:00pm & 2:00pm-10:00pm?? Rota: 1 in 4/5 weekends (subject to staffing needs)
�? About the Role:You’ll be part of a therapeutic, trauma-informed team that supports residents with a range of mental health needs in a structured, supportive environment. This role is shift-based and includes both early and late shifts on a rolling rota.
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing emotional and practical support to service users

Supporting daily living activities including cooking, medication prompts, and community integration

Collaborating with therapists, support coordinators, and clinical professionals
-
Promoting independence, self-confidence, and recovery goals
-
Maintaining accurate and confidential records
-
Previous experience in mental health, supported living, or similar care environments

Passion for women’s mental health and empowerment
-
Calm, compassionate, and resilient under pressure
-
Ability to work shifts including some weekends (1 in 4/5)

NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it (preferred)
